The 43rd Hospitality in Healthcare National Conference runs October 12-14 at Wrest Point, Hobart, themed Smart Hospitality: Redefining Service in Healthcare. Registrations are open, with pre-conference site tours to Grandvewe Farm, 7K Distillery, The Agrarian Kitchen and Royal Hobart Hospital's new $5.8 million Cambridge production kitchen.
The annual Hospitality in Healthcare Culinary Competition is back for 2026, with the final cook-off scheduled to be held at Wrest Point, Hobart on the evening of Tuesday 13 October, as part of the 43rd Hospitality in Healthcare National Conference.
