Fine food producer Birch & Waite has released a range of ‘on-the-go’ premium condiments to meet changing customer preferences for fancier condiments to go with their restaurant quality takeaway.

The new range’s portioned sauces are made fresh from locally sourced Australian ingredients and ideal for chefs wanting to improve their takeaway offering with convenient, premium quality condiments.

Birch and Waite’s marketing and innovations team knew fresh ingredients for superior flavour and stability to stand up to the rigours of food transportation were the two things they needed the new range to deliver.

“Our professional chef and foodservice customers want tasty, fresh, top-quality ingredients and this new ‘on-the-go’ range has been carefully designed and batch crafted using the finest ingredients to enhance the flavour, texture and visual appeal of any dish,” said Birch & Waite CEO Paul O’Brien.

“Birch & Waite sauces are usually fresh chilled, but in this new range we’ve created five ambient sauces of exceptional taste and quality to suit almost any on-the-go meal occasion.”

The sauces are made from fresh locally sourced Australian ingredients in the Birch & Waite kitchens in Marrickville, Sydney. Each was created by leading industry chefs using authentic recipes with no added preservatives, colours or flavours and is batch-crafted. Every sauce in the range is shelf-stable, gluten-free, vegetarian and/or vegan and packaged in easy-travel hygienic sealed containers.

The new range includes 25g single serve portions of:

  • Gourmet tomato sauce

  • Creamy aioli sauce

  • Tartare sauce

  • Sweet chilli sauce
