Muhammara Red Pepper Pizza

Perfect Italiano Pizza cheese, the perfect compliment to this delicious pizza, topped with roasted red peppers and spicy Muhammarra dip.

METHOD

  1. Stretch fresh pizza dough to desired thickness

  2. Spread pizza sauce and evenly distribute the Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese

  3. Scatter with the roasted capsicum across the pizza

  4. Place in a pre heated wood fired oven at 380c or rotational pizza oven at 270c and cook for 5 minutes

  5. Once cooked and cut add dollops of the Muhamarra dip or serve it as a side component

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Fresh pizza dough

  • 50g Blend whole peeled tomatoes – pizza sauce  

  • 170g Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese

  • 180g Roasted red capsicum- skinned and peeled / chopped

  • 150g smoked ham hock, simmered until soft, loosely pulled apart

  • 80g Muhamarra dip
