Prosciutto Blanco with buffalo mozzarella

Creamy, fresh and rustic, with a delicious white bechamel sauce topped with thinly sliced prosciutto, buffalo mozarella and Perfect Italiano Pizza cheese.

METHOD

  1. Stretch pizza dough to desired shape and thickness.

  2. Combine bechamel and Anchor culinary cream, add to stretched pizza base, add Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese.

  3. Pizza can be cooked in pre heated wood fired oven at 380c or rotational pizza oven at 270c

  4. Once cooked and cut, add prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella

  • 250g Fresh pizza dough

  • 40ml Bechamel white sauce

  • 50ml Anchor culinary cream

  • 170g Perfect Italiano Pizza cheese

  • 70g Prosciutto – thinly slices

  • 80g Buffalo mozzarella- torn
